Dave and fellow 3 rivers board members oversee a $24 million dollar bond passed by voters in 2000 for facility improvements.

Projects have been completed under budget, with additional 1.25$million in additional projects slated to be completed.

Refinancing the bond has saved taxpayers an additional 1 million.

Currently serving 3rd term on 3 Rivers School Board

During tenure- has worked successfully with fellow board members who hold a wide variety of political beliefs.
